How is Provera used for menstrual disorders?

I'm good. I was prescribed provera because of too large endometrium and irregular menstruation. I had to prxyjmowac it from the 16th day of the cycle for 10 days then leave and so 3 months. On Monday I stopped it and there was no bleeding. From which day should I count these 16 days to start taking it again. From the day I bleed or from the day I stopped taking it?

The next series should start from the 16th day of the cycle, i.e. from the 16th day after the observation of menstruation. That is, when you observe bleeding, you should count 16 days and only then start a 10-day cycle. Usually, after such a cycle, another bleeding occurs within 3-7 days of discontinuation of the drug. It is necessary to wait for bleeding, count 16 days and again another 10-day therapy. So de facto therapy can last a little longer than 3 months. It includes 3 menstrual cycles.
