I have a party on Saturday, where unfortunately it is not appropriate not to drink alcohol, because it is an important anniversary, and I consume urofuraginum from Monday, can I take a two-day break from the preparation and resume taking the drug after sobering?

To @Kasia: Taking a break from the use of urofuraginum is not recommended, as it may result in reduced effectiveness of treatment and recurrence of infection.

Unfortunately, there are many different opinions about the interval between alcohol consumption and urofuraginum, but my question was whether it is possible to take the preparation again after a break and not a string

Since furazidine (the active substance in Urofuraginum) has a long half-life, a 3-4 day interval between the last dose of Urofuraginum and alcohol is recommended. Discontinuation of the drug today and consumption of alcohol tomorrow is not safe and can lead to poisoning.
