Can I use magnesium, sodium butyrate and caprylic acid from Pylera and Helicogastrin?

Hello. I was prescribed Pylera and helicogastrin , can I also take magnesium, sodium butyrate and caprylic acid - which I have been taking so far. I was treated for sibo and the gastroscopes also produced Helicobacter pylori bacteria and gastritis.
