What is the information about dried herbs with low THC content - Cannabis Flos 8/7 and 8/8?

Good morning, please inform me about the delivery of canopy 8/7 and aurora 8/8. There is a huge availability of strains above 18% THC, but patients who do not tolerate such strong doses lose out. What should we do to have normal access to our medicines?
