Is Shingrix ready for vaccination or do you need to mix the 2 components first?

Prior to administration, Shingrix should be reconstituted by reconstitution from one vial in suspension contained in the other vial. The SmPC of the medicine contains the following instructions: "1. Withdraw the entire contents of the vial of suspension into the syringe. 2. Add the entire contents of the syringe to the vial containing the powder. 3. Shake gently until the powder is completely dissolved. The reconstituted vaccine is an opalescent liquid, colourless to slightly brownish.' Once the contents of the two vials have been mixed, the vaccine should be used immediately. If this is not possible, the vaccine can be stored in a refrigerator (2°C – 8°C) for up to 6 hours after reconstitution.
