How to use the vaginal disc?
Good morning. Due to the fact that the first time I use the contraceptive disc I would like to know if I really calculate the time when I should remove it and apply again. The album was released on June 21. So I have to take it out on July 12, reapply on July 19? Thank you in advance for your reply.

The disc should remain in the vagina for 3 weeks. So you should take it out on July 12. The new disc should be applied after a 7-day break, i.e. it will be Wednesday, July 19. I enclose a link to a helpful entry: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/krazki-dopochwowe
