To @Ola: It is difficult to clearly assess whether such a "defect" could have affected the test result. Probably not, but as a colleague wrote below - "if you suspect a test defect, you can turn to the manufacturer, who should resolve such doubts."
I understand, I did another test after 26 days and there is a scratch on the test? Is this test reliable?

The pregnancy test is correctly performed and positive if a dash appears in both the "C" and "T" parts. It is difficult for me to answer what a gray dot is. Perhaps it is some kind of artifact or external pollution. If you suspect a test defect, you can turn to the manufacturer, who should resolve such doubts. However, in case of doubt about the result itself, another/second test can be performed. To be reliable, you must follow the instructions for use and do not proceed to is made too early.
