Benalapril and sildenafil (contained in Maxon) may interact with blood pressure. Benalapril is a medicine from the group of angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors, used to treat hypertension and heart failure. Sildenafil, on the other hand, is a medicine used to treat erectile dysfunction. Both of these drugs can lower blood pressure. Using them simultaneously can potentially intensify this effect, leading to excessive lowering of blood pressure. This can cause symptoms such as dizziness, fainting, weakness or balance problems. Before using both drugs, I would suggest consulting a doctor.
