How to read the CRP test result correctly?

Good evening I did my son 8 years old CRP test, the test came out only these two lines are brighter than in the picture, can it be interpreted that he has bacteria?? ( He had a temp of two days and we are after consulting a doctor test done privately) anyone can advise?

The attached leaflet shows that the test result indicates a very high level of CRP - above 100mg / L. In this case, I encourage you to consult the attending physician who will recommend appropriate therapeutic treatment.
