Will the pregnancy test taken on the day of the expected menstruation already be reliable?

Hello, I have menstruation regularly, 28-day cycles. Unfortunately, something strange happens in this cycle, 5 days after ovulation I started bleeding (when my ovary cuffed me), the color of bleeding was brown-pink and the whole thing lasted 3 days. Since then, I have had nausea and breast pain. Menstruation is 3 days late, and the test comes out negative( done on the day of the expected menstruation). If the test was done on the day of the expected menstruation, is it reliable and I am not pregnant? Best regards

The test performed on the day of the expected menstruation will already give a reliable result and a negative one allows you to exclude pregnancy. There can be many menstrual disorders and causes of ovarian pain, so if anything worries you, it is worth consulting a gynecologist.
