Can I use Detreomycin for the nose while using Verrumal for warts?
Good morning, can I use together the preparation for warts Verrumal (recommended by a dermatologist) and for wounds in the nose (on the recommendation of an ENT) detreomycin 1%? Unfortunately, I did not ask the other doctor about it. The go.drugbank.com database suggests a potential increase in side effects (fluorouracil including 1 and chloramphenicol including 2). Verrumal has a local effect, therefore it does not interact with other drugs taken in parallel. Verrumal and Detreomycin can therefore be combined. According to the manufacturer of Verrumal in the Safety Data Sheet of this medicinal product: "The latest research shows that the degree of absorption of fluorouracil into the human body after application of Verrumal to the skin is significantly less than 0.1%.
