Can Chronada be used in people after kidney cancer surgery?

Good morning, I have problems with the joints of my hands (not knees). The doctor prescribed me Chronada. Unfortunately, I am after kidney cancer surgery and I have concerns about whether this drug is safe for me. For any comments I will be very grateful :)

According to the manufacturer of Chronada: "No dosage recommendations can be made for patients with renal and/or hepatic impairment because adequate studies have not been conducted." Since the chondroitin sulphate contained in Chronada has an osmotic effect, it is not excluded that, for example, patients with a kidney removal may experience swelling or fluid retention. These are rare cases, but the reaction of the body should be observed, and in case of disturbing symptoms (eg swelling of the ankles, enlarged abdominal circumference), consult a doctor.
