Changing your dose does not mean that you have to start treatment again. Usually, your doctor may recommend a gradual increase in the dose of the drug to minimize side effects and adapt to the individual needs of the patient. In the case of Nexperan, it is usually started with a lower dose and then gradually increased to the target dose. The initial effect of the drug may vary from person to person. Some patients may experience some therapeutic effects or changes in well-being at the beginning of treatment, but the full effect of the drug may require several weeks of regular use. It is important to take the medicine regularly as directed by your doctor, even if you feel some beneficial changes in well-being. The GdziePoLek.pl service also allows you to book a medicine in a selected stationary pharmacy and pick up after presenting a prescription: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/53205/nexpram-tabletki-powlekane/apteki?pvid=191211
