I am going to buy the cheapest substitutes for psychotropic drugs that I take - Ranofren and Prefaxine. If the payment of Ranofren is 100% (that's what I have written on the prescription), and the substitutes I chose [Olanzapine + pharma, Olanzaran, Olazax, Zalasta (parallel import)] have such a payment that they cost about PLN 3, then I certainly get this lower payment since I am insured? Or maybe I will have to pay 100% after payment, because that's what I have written on the prescription at Ranofrenie?

If the doctor, on the prescription, specified a payment of 100% for the drug Ranofren, then also equivalents can only be issued with a payment of 100%. For such a prescription it is not possible to issue an equivalent with a refund. The indication for reimbursement for Ranofren at a dose of 10 mg is the finding of schizophrenia. Ranofren 5 mg is currently not refunded. Reimbursement of the drug depends on whether the patient has been diagnosed with a disease entity covered by reimbursement in accordance with the announcement of the Minister of Health. If you think that the medicine has been prescribed with the wrong payment, I encourage you to consult your doctor again.
