Is gastric lavage performed one day after accidental ingestion of Gynalgin?

What happens if I accidentally swallowed Gynalgin a day ago? Only now I read on the leaflet that you need to immediately go to the doctor for gastric lavage, although I do not feel somehow different, I do not think that I have anything. Should I go in this case?

After a day after swallowing Gynalgin, gastric lavage is not performed. In the event of unusual symptoms, such as anorexia, abdominal pain, change in urine color, fever, malaise, I encourage you to consult a doctor.
