How to continue using the patches if I had two at once applied for 3 days?

Today I realized that from Tuesday (3 days) I wore two patches. I didn't have any side effects and I removed one of the patches. On Tuesday there will be a photo of the last patch and a week of spotting from withdrawal. In this case, should I remove all the patches now or do it on Tuesday? If I do it today, will my patch change day to Friday? Will I be able to apply another patch on Tuesday 5.06?
