Hello, On most medicines there is a notice to store them from 15 to 25 degrees. Can such drugs be stored, for example, in the refrigerator, i.e. below 15 degrees?

If the manufacturer informs that the drug is to be stored at a temperature of 15 to 25 degrees, then this instruction should be followed. This means that the safety of storing the product at a different temperature has not been confirmed or it is not recommended due to, for example, higher humidity during storage of the preparation in the refrigerator.
