An extensive report on the product Fatoslimin was touched on in the following thread, which I recommend to read: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/opinie-i-pytania/93939/czy-tabletki-fatoslimin-rzeczywiscie-pomagaja-schudnacjakis-cz In your case, taking into account the dubious data on the effectiveness of the preparation and the fact that it is available only in online sales and costs a lot of money - I would not recommend reaching for Fatoslimin. If you would like to lose a few extra kilos, I would first recommend changing your lifestyle: 1. Meals eaten regularly, giving up snacking. 2. Care for proper hydration (minimum 2 liters of water per day). 3. Varied meals. Elimination diets should be used only after consultation with a dietitian. 4. Getting enough sleep and taking care of sleep hygiene. 5. Giving up fast-food food, carbonated drinks, stimulants and alcohol. 6. Regular physical activity, e.g. swimming, walking. We wrote more about it here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/odchudzanie
