When does Medikinet CR start to work?
Hello, today I took the first tablet Medikinet CR 10mg, after 3h effect 0. For some time I took Sertraline tablets and after taking 1 tablet, the effect was immediate. I have 4 packs to use. Is the effect after Medikinet visible after prolonged use or should I feel the Wow effect right away?

You are wrong to expect a WOW effect. Especially since 10 mg is a basic dosage, with which therapy begins. With 10 and 20mg I had no effects, now I have reached 30 and I feel more awake and active, but nothing WOW. In addition, methylphenidate helps if you already activate yourself, in the sense of "help yourself that Medikinet helps you".

Medikinet CR is released biphasically. Initially, there is a sharp rise (as in "ordinary" immediate-release tablets, where on average after 1-2 hours the concentration peak is reached) - this guarantees obtaining the maximum concentration quite quickly. In contrast, the second phase causes an increase in concentration about 3 hours later, followed by a gradual decrease.
