Yes, you can take Euthyrox with Xifaxen at the same time as your doctor's recommendation. However, since Euthyrox should be taken on an empty stomach at least 30 minutes before breakfast, and Xifaxan can be taken with or without food, Xifaxan is suggested to be taken after or during breakfast to avoid potential interactions during the absorption stage.
