Should I stop Coaxil if I feel unwell?

Witam.Borę Coaxil 2 times a day, and I feel terribly podochodziłły various things, fears, thinks that crazy weakness, dizziness, strange things from the abdomen, etc. every doctor talks about what else the question of whether to discontinue this drug because I'm afraid ,that harms me or increase to 3 as it should be. Please I don't have the strength to live like this anymore
