Can a headache be caused by taking Ezen?

Good morning for a week I take Ezen and I have a question whether a strong headache and tinnitus can be after these drugs .

Headache is a common side effect that has been reported while taking Ezen. It is possible that this symptom is caused by the start of treatment with the drug. Side effects with Ezen were usually mild and transient. However, if the headache and tinnitus prevent normal functioning, it is worth reporting it to the doctor.
