Will changing the time of taking Depraline affect the effect of the medicine?

Hello, yesterday I took at 4 pm the first dose of depralin 5mg. All night sleepless, huge anxiety. I will add that the medicine I had to take in the morning (please do not judge me why I took later), can I now change the time of the drug and take it in the morning? Is it tempting to do it gradually?

No, the change of time should not affect the way Depralins works. It is important to be regular and take the medicine at the same time every day. You should be aware that many symptoms (e.g. insomnia, anxiety) may also be symptoms of the disease being treated and will disappear as you feel better. The therapeutic effects of Depralin develop gradually, and side effects occur most often in the first or second week of treatment. Their severity and incidence decrease with continued treatment.
