Is it possible to do a urine test when using Macmiror vaginal ointment?

Hello, I have recurrent intimate fungal infections so I want to do tests for cystitis and urinary tract infections to see if there is nothing happening there because of infections. I currently use macmirror vaginal ointment, can I do the listed tests using this ointment?? And if not, is it enough for me to put the cream down for one day before the test?or does it take a few days after stopping the drug to do these tests?
