How is Luivac and Ursopol used? Is it possible to work in the sun after Luivac?

Hello, how long after the ZENTIVA Luivac 3mg vaccine can I eat? Or how URSOPOL uses daily 300mg 2x a day for 1 capsule of 300mg. In the morning and in the evening do I have to take a few hour breaks? I take Luivac in the morning when I wake up. Can I work in the sun after it or is it better to avoid?
