Can levoxa cause pain in the joints and muscles, e.g. knees permanently? Apparently, there may be permanent side effects. I have to take 4 weeks, and I recently had a lot of knee pain without injury. I am a young, active person.

To @Meluzyna:
This is not a typical side effect of the antibiotic Levoxa. These symptoms may be a complication of a bacterial or viral disease.
In order to diagnose the cause of the problem, you should consult a doctor.
If you do not have the opportunity to consult your doctor, you can use the teleconsultation here:
After 4 days, my mother started to have problems with cooling, her legs were very swollen, there was a large swollen tuber above her ankle. She put down the antibiotic. The doctor examined and ordered tests. He is now receiving medication for thrombosis. Could anxiety have triggered this process?
Hi Guys, after the first day I experienced slight pains and strains in my knees, after the second day of taking the medicine the pain intensified significantly so the doctor told me to stop taking the drug!
According to the leaflet, if you experience these symptoms, stop treatment immediately!
Hopefully the symptoms will pass.....
Hi, I recently had to take levofloxacin for 2 weeks and since the last intake my left knee hurts without any external influence.
How about you?
