Can fluconazole negatively affect salivary glands or hearing?
Good morning, can Fluconazole tablets affect your salivary glands or hearing? I ask because I am after otitis and salivary glands, and in the leaflet in possible side effects is given dry mouth. I will add that the salivary glands reacted very badly to Furagine.

Yes, fluconazole can cause dry mouth. Hearing impairment is a symptom of an overdose of fluconazole. Side effects may or may not occur during the use of medications. Unnecessary unwanted symptoms must appear if they were observed when using the drug with another active substance.
