Can I be emotionless/indifferent through Coaxil?

Hello, after using coaxil I take 3x1 tablet from February 9, can I be without emotions, so indifferent?

So far, Coaxil has not been shown to affect emotions or cause depressed mood. However, not all side effects of drugs are known and described - however, if you combine taking the drug with the occurrence of such symptoms, they can be reported. Reporting side effects allows you to gather more information about the safety of medicines and update data about them, which can help other patients in the future.
