Why don't pharmacies answer phones from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.?
Why do pharmacies not answer phones between 9-10 a.m.? Only Ziko Pharmacies have facilitated calls through hotlines. If I know that the pharmacy has a drug and I want to book it I call, I do not have to go through Warsaw to find out that the drug is gone. Please make this more convenient. Joanna

Thank you for sharing your feedback. The pharmacy sometimes does not answer the phone if all staff are involved, for example, in serving patients at the first table or other activities from which it is impossible to depart (e.g. preparing medicines in the recipe).

Companies often order anonymous comments to form positive opinions about their products, or negative ones about competitors. Therefore, be guided by the information in the pharmacists' responses in the first place.
