What to do if you do not have menstruation after taking Duphaston?

The gynecologist prescribed me a Duphaston tabl to induce menstruation. After the first package, the period appeared (it lasted 7days). After 2packing, the period appeared, but this time scanty and lasted only 2-3days. After the third package, menstruation no longer appeared. The last Duphaston tablet I took 7.03.23r. What now? I don't know when to start taking the next pack of pills. Please advise
