Is it really a fungal infection?

For 2 months I can not cope with an intimate infection. I have never had such symptoms before – redness both on the lips (inner and outer) and around the anus. I used pimafucin or fluconazole, although the itching has decreased a little, but I'm still red everywhere and I don't know what to use anymore.... Has anyone had a similar experience? Is it really a fungal infection? Thanks in advance for your help...
