What blood results can be disturbed when using antibiotics?

I need to do a blood test for a doctor's appointment.unfortunately I am undergoing antibiotic therapy for high CRP. What blood results can be disturbed? Will the antibiotic also affect the results of the vitamin levels I need to check?

The test results may be affected, first of all, by the ongoing infection. The blood picture may be altered (e.g. white blood cell system, glucose level), so it is best to do tests 2-3 weeks after the end of antibiotic therapy (provided that the disease disappears).
