Can pain in the lower abdomen and back be caused by the Ginoring disc?
Good morning, I wanted to know if the pain in the lower abdomen and unpleasant Stronger pain on the right side of the back can be caused by putting the puck after a week break and possibly what can herald? Cyz should I stop using the pucks? The pain started on Sunday and on Saturday I put on the puck, I will add that on Saturday I had some physical work but I do not know what this pain can be from. Please advise.
