Chronic use of Nebinad has not been described to cause symptoms such as cough or hoarseness. The drug may cause bronchospasm, which in consequence may lead, for example, to the appearance of a cough - so if the symptom persists, it is worth consulting a doctor. You may need to change your treatment. If you do not have the opportunity to consult your doctor, here you can use the teleadvice: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja As for the effect of the drug on the respiratory system, the manufacturer gives the following information: "In patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases, beta-adrenergic blockers should be used with caution, as these drugs may aggravate the narrowing of the airways." I enclose a link to our article, where we inform why it is so important to report side effects of drugs: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane
