Is it possible to increase the dose of Meprelon if the dosage selected by the doctor does not help?

Is it possible to increase the dose of Meprelon 4 mg if dosage by a doctor does not help? I already did so once and instead of 4x in the morning I took them 6x for a while I recovered literally disappeared all the symptoms , after this time I returned to the dose prescribed by the doctor and the ear pain returned overnight

Any modifications in therapy (dose of the drug, time of administration, etc.) should be made after consultation with the attending physician acquainted in detail with your state of health. If the currently recommended dose does not work, it should be reported so that the doctor can choose the appropriate and safe dose or change the treatment based on your response to treatment.
