Hello.
For about a year now, I've had a slight burning sensation when urinating about once a month. I didn't feel any pain during intercourse. I went to a gynecologist who, perhaps at my suggestion, prescribed Gynalgin as a cure for a previous infection. I didn't necessarily want to force myself to be given an antibiotic, but I thought it might be an untreated infection. I feel a burning sensation after Gynalgin. I know the side effects. Could this be a side effect? E.g. vaginal dryness because there is no infection there? I can't tell if I had vaginal discharge or if it was just a discharge that varied in density at different times. It had no smell. Sometimes transparent, sometimes more white. I was given Hexatiab as an adjunct to the treatment. I started using Gynalgin on day 3 or 4 - in the morning and it actually relieved the feeling of dryness, however tonight I feel like it didn't help that much... After a teleconsultation with another doctor, he suggested taking G. only for 7 days due to the fact that it burns and my symptoms may suggest urethritis. I was prescribed a solution to dissolve on M. and probably uralect for everyday use and cranberries in tablets, I haven't bought these drugs yet. Generally, I don't feel a burning sensation as such, but I have the impression that it is vaginal dryness. In fact, I started to feel symptoms similar to a fungal infection only after using G. To sum up - if there is no infection G. Can it be harmful? Can I use Lactovaginal vaginally at night, Hexatiab in the morning? Should the burning symptoms go away? Can an infection develop after using G?
