Hello, I'm 26lat and for over a year I defecate every 3 days, so it is so, for example, on the 2nd day I feel the feeling that I could defecate but there is no push, often only on the second day to feel that fecal masses begin to want to leave. I feel as if something is blocking these fecal masses inside and I miss the automatic pressure like in the old days when I did not have to force myself, now even on the third day during defecation I have to push hard. The stool is quite soft in consistency, because it drinks a lot of fiber, water with lemon, etc., but still I feel great discomfort during defecation, and after defecation I feel a feeling of disturbance around the anus for about an hour - so every visit to the toilet is backbreaking and stressful for me. For 5 years from time to time I also had problems with hemorrhoids, because I have a sedentary lifestyle - now I do not feel that I have something protruding hemorrhoid, but during deeper rubbing I feel that there is a slight thickening that has been persisting for over a year. Only I do not know what it is, because when I had hemorrhoids I felt a specific lump and it was immediately felt. And now it is even worse, because for a week every bowel movement is a strong pain despite the fact that the stool is soft. When I tighten the ditch, it hurts just as much, so something is clearly wrong. Please help, what can it be and how to deal with this rare defecation + pain?
