The drug has retained its effectiveness. The tablet can be crushed. Nevertheless, the manufacturer recommends swallowing the tablet without dissolving: "Amoxicillin tablets with clavulanic acid are intended for oral administration. To minimize the occurrence of possible gastrointestinal intolerance and optimize the absorption of amoxicillin with clavulanic acid should be taken at the beginning of a meal."
