Beta HCG below 5.00 mIU/ml indicates the absence of pregnancy. For you, this value is 2.30 MIU / ml. It is assumed that for a pregnant woman in the first weeks of pregnancy, the result of determining the level of the hormone beta-hCG should be over 5 mIU / ml. A result of less than 5 mIU/ml indicates that there is no pregnancy. Performing a determination of the level of the hormone beta-hCG from the blood is a test that allows the detection of early pregnancy. It is recommended to perform the determination not earlier than after at least 6 days from the date of expected fertilization. In a normally developing pregnancy, beta-hCG levels double every 48 hours on average and increase until the 9-12th week of pregnancy. At a later stage of pregnancy, it drops to 10-20% of the maximum value. To @anonimowa:
The tests performed (beta-hCG below 0.20 mIU/ml after 5 and 11 days after intercourse) and a negative urine pregnancy test after 20 days indicate that there is no pregnancy. Spotting can be the result of a contraceptive implant, which is relatively common and does not necessarily mean pregnancy. If spotting persists or symptoms worsen, it is worth consulting a doctor to make sure of the cause and rule out other health problems.

Good evening! 5 days after intercourse I did bthcg from the blood came below 0.20, then 11 days after intercourse I got one day of pink spotting, less than two days after spotting I went again for beta, which was also below 0.20. Now, 19 days after intercourse, I got stronger spotting and painful, and 20 days after intercourse I did a pregnancy test from my morning urine, which came out negative. Should I go for a blood test again because spotting may be related to pregnancy? I have a contraceptive implant and I haven't had any spotting for 3 months, and now I'm afraid it's some implant spotting...
