Why do I not have menstruation despite the lack of pregnancy?

I have irregular periods from 28 to even 45 days. (On average 31/32) my period is already 26 days late, pregnancy test negative. For some time I have been constantly feeling tired, nauseous and as soon as I have the opportunity I fall asleep. What can it be?
