If the pregnancy tests come out negative, can I be pregnant?

My last bleeding was on February 3-4, which was pretty scanty. Since then, I have not had a period and it does not seem to appear. I did pregnancy tests using urine, only one had a pale line and the rest were negative. I also did a home blood test, at first glance you can not see anything but I looked and saw a delicate line, when I gave the test against the light the line is much more visible. Is there a risk of pregnancy in this situation? Ovulation tests were also positive, but I don't know if it matters

If you want to make sure that you are not pregnant, you should test the concentration of beta-hCG in the blood in the laboratory. Result
