How to switch from Fostex 200mcg+6mcg to 100mcg+6mcg?

For the last year I have been taking Fostex 200mcg + 6mcg (2x2), at the last visit the doctor changed my dose to 100 mcg + 6mcg . Should I gradually reduce this higher dose, e.g. take 1x1, or can I switch to a smaller dose from day to day?

When dosing Fostex, follow the instructions that have been given by your doctor. It is acceptable to use a lower dose from day to day unless otherwise recommended by the attending physician.
