According to the manufacturer: "Children from 6 years of age – 800 mg of acyclovir (i.e. 10 ml suspension) four times a day. In this case, the daily dose of acyclovir is 3200 mg (equivalent to 40 ml of Hascovir oral suspension, 400 mg/5 ml)." However, since it is a prescription drug, the final decision should be made by your pediatrician.
