What if I have eaten roasted meat and have severe IBS symptoms?
I have ibs so far it was quite good but my husband died, I had some roasted meat, I did not want to throw away, so I ate after 3 weeks, I have constipation of the belly boules on the left side and I wake up cold chills and I can not continue to sleep

A moderate amount of roasted meat - especially if it is lean meat, baked without fat additives - does not necessarily have to be the cause of an exacerbation of the disease. Patients often have experience of what meals they can afford. If the symptoms of significant severity persist for up to 3 weeks, it is worth visiting a family doctor. Please also take into account that the symptoms of IBS may intensify due to stress, and this probably happened to you in connection with the departure of your husband. Perhaps all the more you need additional guidance by a doctor or the inclusion of support - whether psychological or pharmacological.
