How to take vitamins C, Bcomplex, D, A + E, biotin, selenium and zinc?

I would like to take the following vitamins: vitamin C, vitamin B complex, biotin, selenium, zinc, vitamin D and vitamin A + E. Which can I take at the same time, and which combination should I avoid? What time of day is it best to take them?

Indeed, there are studies that show the effect of selenium on reducing the absorption of zinc. You can use them when planning supplementation. However, it should be remembered that so far these studies have been conducted only on a group of rats, not on humans. Combinations that should be avoided are simultaneous intake of vit. B complex and vitamin C. The time of day of taking these preparations does not matter. However, it is worth taking vitamin D and vitamin A + E with a meal, because they are fat-soluble. Vitamin B complex can be used, but does not have to, in the evening due to the effect on the nervous system. Selenium, zinc and biotin can be used together, also regardless of the time of day. If you do not want to take these preparations together, I suggest the following dosage regimen: -Morning: Vitamin C, Biotin, Selenium and Zinc -South: Vitamin D, A + E -Evening: vitamin B complex.
