Can I get pregnant if I change the Evra patch one day too late?

Hello. I have been using Evra patches for 2 months, I had a month break in taking them, and before them I used vaginal rings. A week ago, I changed my patch a day too late. I glued the second one as planned. Yesterday the ground floor in me came. Will I get pregnant? Or should I take the pill the day after?

According to the manufacturer of the Evra patches: "If the patch was worn correctly within the 7 days preceding the first day of late application, it is not necessary to use an additional method of contraception.", i.e. in this case the contraceptive protection remains preserved.
