Can increasing the dose of Escipram be accompanied by recurring side effects? For a few weeks I took a dose of 5 mg, then for 2 weeks 7.5 mg and from 4 days a dose of 10 mg and from these 4 days I noticed the appearance of derealization, lightheadedness, headaches and dizziness. How much longer can it take?

Increasing the dose of Escipram may cause side effects to appear again. These symptoms should disappear within about 2 weeks after increasing the dose.
