Could Nimesil have caused swelling and bruising of the foot in a 77-year-old person?

Good morning! A 77 person has been using Nimesil on the hip for a week, we noticed that the foot along with the toes became swollen, slightly too pink and blue. We have no idea if anything else is wrong because it is a person with Alzheimer's who does not speak, He takes daily venesscin forte, donecept, drugs from hypertension and cholesterol . Can a swollen foot be a side effect of Nimesil? Should I stop taking the medicine or continue administration?

Swelling, redness or bruising of the limb indicates circulatory disorders. An urgent evaluation of the foot by a doctor is necessary, who will rule out possible thrombotic problems. It is not certain whether Nimesil caused this effect, so if the administration of the drug is not necessary (it only has an analgesic effect), you can stop the drug.
