Can I combine Tadalafil with Axtil and Ebivol?

Hello, can I take Tadalafil 5mg with medication for hypertension and lowering the pulse? The urologist prescribed me Tadalafil and I take one tablet in the evening. And the cardiologist prescribed Mi Axtil and Ebivol once a day in the morning.

Tadalafil can be used with Ebivol and Axtil only if the prescribers have been informed of all the preparations used. Simultaneous intake of Tadalafil with antihypertensive drugs can lead to dangerous pressure drops. Therefore, people taking these preparations together should regularly monitor the pressure and be under the care of a doctor.
