Can a breastfeeding woman use Canesten?

Can the canesten capsule be used when I am breastfeeding? On the website of the drug it is clearly written that it is safe for nursing women, but in the leaflet of the drug it is written to stop breastfeeding if I intend to take the drug. I do not want to expose the child and the doctor's date in 3 weeks ...

Canesten can be used during breastfeeding. The drug is minimally absorbed into the systemic circulation, so it is unlikely to be in breast milk in a concentration that could affect the baby being fed.
